Wanda Sizemore began her career in the funeral profession in 1997 as a preneed sales consultant, after nearly a decade in the insurance and financial sector, earning her insurance license in 1988. Over the years, she developed expertise in sales, management, training, meeting facilitation, negotiation, and consulting. A Certified Celebrant and Certified Preplanning Consultant, Wanda has earned numerous service awards and sales honors. Passionate about giving back, she has served on boards, committees, and chaired national events within the funeral industry. Wanda finds the greatest fulfillment in making a meaningful impact—whether by supporting families or mentoring others within the profession.

Spencer Larkin

CEO and co-founder

Envision Strategic Partner

Spencer Larkin is the co-founder and CEO of Envision Strategic Partners, with over 25 years of experience in the death care industry. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Utah and a background in accounting. Spencer’s skills include team building, talent acquisition, communications, operations, and marketing strategy. Known for his empathy, he takes pride in building preneed programs for funeral homes and watching others thrive.

Spencer comes from a long lineage in funeral service, with his great-great-grandfather entering the profession in 1885. His hands-on experience includes everything from grave digging to executive leadership, giving him unique insight into efficient, effective preneed programs. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys martial arts and spending time with his five children. A lifelong learner, he constantly challenges himself to grow in every area of life.
