Shane has always been passionate about building companies to help people. He began as a software engineer in Fargo, ND. After five years of software development he left the corporate life to become a serial entrepreneur and began building his own businesses. ACL Sound, The Agent Nest, The Match Artist , and MemoryShare are a few of his most recent creations. With many years of growth experience he loves using his knowledge to empower funeral homes and their staff to bring families together. Shane lives in Dallas, TX and runs MemoryShare full time

George Owens

With more than 25 years of experience in high performance environments, George is an expert at recognizing and defining problems, identifying information solutions, and implementing effective programs to drive operational improvement and increase revenue and profit. Prior to co-founding SoCal, George served as a Managing Director for a Fortune 1000 services company helping them measure location performance and improve operations. Prior to that, George spent more than a decade at market intelligence leader J.D. Power, running some of their highest profile studies.

George completed his MBA from Graziadio School at Pepperdine University and currently serves as a Visiting Professor at California Lutheran University’s School of Management.
