Greg Norris is Regional Director at Homesteaders Life Company. He started in 2004 serving funeral home customers and agents in Texas. In 2010, he was named Regional Director of the West Region and has served in that role since. Prior to joining Homesteaders, he spent 10 years as a preneed sales counselor, territory manager and preneed marketer. Greg has a degree in Marketing and Management from Emporia State University and is a two-time recipient of Homesteaders’ Account Executive of the Year award.

Spencer Larkin

Envision Strategic Partner

Spencer Larkin is the co-founder and CEO of Envision Strategic Partners, with over 25 years of experience in the death care industry. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Utah and a background in accounting. Spencer’s skills include team building, talent acquisition, communications, operations, and marketing strategy. Known for his empathy, he takes pride in building preneed programs for funeral homes and watching others thrive.

Spencer comes from a long lineage in funeral service, with his great-great-grandfather entering the profession in 1885. His hands-on experience includes everything from grave digging to executive leadership, giving him unique insight into efficient, effective preneed programs. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys martial arts and spending time with his five children. A lifelong learner, he constantly challenges himself to grow in every area of life.
