Chris has the knowledge to provide efficient solutions to businesses of all sizes in our profession. His passion and desire for the development of the funeral and cemetery profession come through in everything that he does.

Chris’ experience in the funeral and cemetery profession began over 25 years ago when he was part of the Corporate Development team for SCI. His career spans throughout North America, across five continents and 25 countries. Throughout his career, he has analyzed several thousand funeral homes and cemeteries and has a unique depth of perspective in this space. He has cross-dimensional experience in finance, sales, transactions, and operational management with both public and private companies and their Board of Directors. He regularly consults with members of the financial community on matters related to funeral service and has strong relationships in capital markets.

Chris is a native New Englander who attended Lehigh University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on finance and accounting. He is the father of two boys and his passions include golf, fitness, hunting, fishing, travel and being outdoors.

Jon Lefrandt

Jon has a BA in Advertising Communications from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah. While his first 7+ years of work were done almost exclusively in the real estate world, Jon knew that his skill set could transcend other industries and in 2011 Jon made a career change and jumped into the funeral industry with both feet and has not looked back. 

Passionate about creating innovative solutions to help both funeral professionals and the families they serve, Jon has helped start 3 successful businesses in the funeral, cemetery, grief and loss space. Most notably, Jon currently serves as President and CEO of Domanicare and ForGrief.com, both businesses he helped co-found. Jon also serves as the SVP of Consumer Experience at Homesteaders Life Company and is leading several strategic initiatives to improve and enhance its work with consumers, align consumer experience efforts with Homesteaders’ overall strategies and support Homesteaders innovation efforts to help funeral provides connect with more people. 

Jon also works with many cross-function teams and other subject matter experts to surface deeper insights about consumer awareness, attitudes, beliefs and behaviors regarding end-of life matters. He also currently serves as a Board Member of EveryStep, a non-profit health care and human services organization which annually serves tens of thousands of Iowans each year. 

When Jon isn’t dreaming up the next business and solution you may find him on the trails of Utah riding his bike, baking wedding cakes, or traveling with his wife and four kids.

Glenda Stansbury MA, CFSP

Glenda Stansbury is a licensed funeral director/embalmer who has worked in funeral service for 25 years. She is the co-creator and lead trainer for In-Sight Institute Certified Celebrants, training over 5200 Celebrants since 2000. She is an instructor at the University of Central Oklahoma and Worsham Mortuary College, the dean of the ICCFA 21^st Century College and the 2022 recipient of the ICCFA Foundation Lasting Impact Award.

Brent Patterson

Tribute Memorial Care Southwest

Brent Patterson is a licensed funeral director and manager of Tribute Memorial Care Southwest in Tuttle Oklahoma. Brent spent 20 years in the wedding and event industry, producing events for the Governor’s Ball, the wedding for one season of The Bachelor and working with Oprah Winfrey’s company, as well as fundraising and event planning for several non profit agencies. He received his license in 2021 and established Tribute Memorial Care Southwest as part of the Service Group of Oklahoma group.
